Department of Electronics and Control Engineering
"Mechatronics experts in the age of high-technology."
Industry employs a wide-variety of robots to do the work which is too simple,
repetitive or dangerous for people, these robots have sense organs (sensors),
a brain (computer) and limbs (actuators). These parts are designed and
assembled by electric, electronic and mechanical engineers. This department aims to train a new breed of engineer with a broad, flexible knowledge of these technologies.
Students will first study basic technology, then controls and mechatronics.
They will play an active role as engineers in the industrial world.
